Description:
Male, 40's, 5'7", 175 lbs, brown hair, balding, left-handed, "bad" teeth.
Subject impersonated true bank customers in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area, presenting counterfeit Arizona driver's licenses as identification to make counter withdrawals. He prefers supermarket locations. Starting with small amounts, he gradually increases the dollar amounts of transactions as bank staff become more familiar with him.
