The Lone Suspect is described as an unshaven, White Male in his 30's with a moustache, Med Build and about 5'11" Tall

Hair: dark blond, wavy, shoulder length

Wearing a fatigue baseball cap, sunglasses, dark jacket, plaid shirt,
blue jeans, olive colored tennis shoes.
