Bank Robbery Suspect
Suspect InformationThe FBI and FDLE announce a reward of up to $30,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of three men who are responsible for nine bank robberies in Broward and Palm Beach counties since December 2004. Washington Mutual Bank is also offering a reward of up to $10,000, raising the total reward to $40,000 . This group is believed to be responsible for the following bank robberies: 1. September 14, 2006 Washington Mutual Bank, 6001 North University Drive, Tamarac, FL 2. August 11, 2006 Washington Mutual Bank, 10585 Wiles Road, Coral Springs, FL 3. May 3, 2006 Washington Mutual Bank, 4931 South Military Trail, Greenacres, FL 4. April 4, 2006 World Savings Bank, 7032 West Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 5. October 18, 2005 Washington Mutual Bank, 6492 Lake Worth Road, Lake Worth, FL 6. October 13, 2005 Washington Mutual Bank, 1010 S. Federal Highway, Delray Beach, FL 7. October 13, 2005 SunTrust Bank, 1277 Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 8. February 5, 2005 Union Bank, 10500 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, FL 9. December 14, 2004 Peninsula Bank, 5375 West Atlantic Boulevard, Margate, FL In all these robberies, well armed, well organized, violent individuals are robbing banks in Broward and Palm Beach counties. The robbers wear ballistic vests, carry semi- automatic assault rifles, handguns and communicate on two-way hand held radios. They wear black ski masks and dark gloves. In all but one robbery, they have stolen Ford Taurus’ from Broward County and the license plates have been stolen from Broward County as well.
