These thefts occurred on Thursday, November 22nd at approximately 4:10PM and continued through the early morning of Friday, November 23rd at approximately 1:10AM.

Two suspects are involved:

Suspect #1 -  is a white male, approximately 6’ to 6’3”, thin build, sandy blonde hair cut very short, wears baggy clothing and in some pictures he is seen wearing a black windbreaker that has large letters “PICO” imprinted on the back.   

Suspect #2 – is a male (race unknown), approximately 6’ in height, medium build, wearing dark baggy clothes, and is the look out person during the thefts.

Vehicle Description:  Sporty 2 doors (possibly Mustang or GTO), dark blue or black in color, white stripes on both sides of the vehicle.
