Theft and Vandalism at Weaver Middle School

Merced, CA- On February 21, 2015 a theft and vandalism occurred at Weaver Middle School. Four suspects stole a 2005 Chevy truck, Millermatic Mig Welder, Napa Battery Charger, and various HVAC tools and equipment. The vehicle was later abandoned in the Beachwood area.

Yucaipa, CA…WeTip caller 596867 reported drug use at a Yucaipa mobile home. One suspect was arrested on August 31, 2014. The caller is now eligible to collect the reward they requested at their first call to WeTip.

San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputies out of the Yucaipa substation seized meth and syringes and arrested Tracy Matthew. She was sentenced with possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to 5 days in San Bernardino County Jail, 36 months probation and ordered to pay over $600 in fines and fees.

West Lafayette, IN…WeTip Caller 581137 is now eligible to receive the reward they requested when they called in a tip on Manuel Anthony Guzman.

Caller 581137 reported Guzman was in a gang, using dealing and manufacturing meth and selling Spice, a synthetic marijuana substitute.

Lafayette PD Arrested Guzman on May 13, 2013 and seized more than 3 grams of meth, valued at $550.00.

Guzman was sentenced to 20 years with 11 years at the Department of Corrections and 4 years through TCCC. 5 years will be spent on supervised probation. He was also fined over $5,000.
