Gang Shooting Solved after Anonymous call to WeTip
Fontana, CA .. Anonymous information called into the WeTip crime hotline has led Fontana police to investigate possible drug activity at 18140 Bonnie Ave, Fontana. Upon their arrival, police apprehended Eduardo Rodriguez, 20, of Fontana for his involvement in a gang shooting at 7711 Cypress Ave Fontana on September 30, 2018. Rodriguez was also charged with Assault with a Semi-Automatic Firearm, use of a firearm, and Violent Felony. Rodriguez was convicted in San Bernardino County Court and Sentenced to 19 Years in Prison. The informant in this case (664059) requested a cash reward and can now call WeTip to make arrangements to anonymously collect their reward.
